I see that you guys add interesting portals so I stumbled upon a portal candidate like this:

I'll add literal translation "Żaba chce domówkę" means "Frog (green player) wants house (party)" (domówka means party in house, also portal near house.
"Mam horom curke" (should be "Mam chorą córkę") means like "i hav sik daughtr" - errors intended - a local, bit hermetic meme. At least this frog is honest

How does portal submission and review work. I mean I know how it happens ... but what is the precise rout for these.

1. Someone clicks submit.
2. I've gotten portals to review ... and heard it goes to 9 other people ... allegedly at random ... allegedly not in the area of the submission portal (and this isn't true I've had them for 5 mile away regularly) ... so that's open to abuse 😕
3. When we've done our bit .... what then.

And I've had portals that I've reviewed yesterday .... but on speaking around found they were active a week ago anyway. So ... what is it I'm doing then 😩
