This is seriously the worst mattress and customer service EVER! The entire middle of the mattress is sunken in... and I literally just received and opened it. Literally just got the mattress delivered an hour ago. Removed the plastic packing and laid it on the bed only to watch the top and bottom ends expand weakly while the entire middle of the mattress did not budge. It's been an hour and it's been at the same depth since I opened it. All videos I've seen of the mattress being "unboxed" show immediate full-size expansion. Mine looks like something someone threw out, no kidding. The mattress came damaged and is so firm it caused my back major pain issues.. No memory foam feel here. Will buy a topper to see if I can make it work. Customer service is unresponsive.
Was anybody famous conceived on it? Could be historically significant!
