In my opinion: a Portal could bei on a school Grund. Of you are able to See it from Public streets, and it ist reachable from Public ground for the scanner
Just wait, here in my Home town wenn have a Lot of school Portals, and i think its okay, you can See it from Public ground, it is in the 40m range. So i See no Problem. But if it nessesary to enter school ground to interact with the Portal, im with you. This Portal ist bad
However, all that being said about "school" type portals we continue to accept parks and playgrounds. If we are worried about the kids at least at "schools" there are typically adults whereas at a park alot of the times there are children without adult supervision. Just sayin'. #devilsadvocate
Kira SleepyFishRPSGT I'm not a great fan of Playgrounds - because now they are made out of plastic. They don't have any personality. Just the IKEA of swings and slides.
