I thought you could no longer upload your own photos now so I'm still confused why I got this one.. maybe because I traveled to a neighboring cell which still has pre-2017 candidates in the queue?

    Possibly, or they used one of the tools to allow it.

    Edit - also noteworthy, only olden days allowed L5 to submit
