    For bad submissions we can 1-star. For submissions like this we need the option to 1-star AND slap the submitter.

    I'd give one star for should be a portal, 5 stars for description creativity...

    I'm confused ... because portal submission just showed up on my scanner and a google search for information just brought back the fact that they had removed portal submissions for now ... which has been as long as I've been playing ... suddenly they are back. Rumour was it was 8 per person then you have no more. So I've been saving mine ... op imply it's 7 per time period. So ... which is it?
