  1. I thought that this was ok, as people who work there can visit the portal without danger.

    This would be defined as a secure portal.

  2. There's nothing portal worthy about it, though. While the story is interesting and true, there is no sign or plaque documenting it.

  3. Kelvin Mead you're right that "safety" isn't the issue (employees have suitable access) but the fact that it's a dull portal (despite an interesting back story) is a good reason for it to be canned.
