Maybe I'd need more details. Is it an actual modern art sculpture? What is its size? Can it be seen from Google maps Satellite view and street view? Is it recognized by a historical or cultural society? Just by looking at the submitted picture, it could be legitimate, but I've seen model train sets in people's back yards trying to pass as portals, in the past, so..... Yeah research.
