  4. First could be A popular spot where locals gather, but may be lesser-known outside the community. The slow shield is a nice sign, only questionable if it is permanent. So it is - perhaps depending on the portal density there - a no. But definitely not a "why?".

  5. "Slow" is both a street sign and a movable sign. The other 3 are "natural features." We have guidelines we must rate submissions by, and the guidelines say these had to be rejected. They are wonderful photos - I hope you continue submitting things! Please put descriptions in your submissions! A description can make a questionable candidate get approved if it cites that it's a popular meeting place, or has some kind of significance to the community!

  6. first one is no natural feature. It is a man-made thing on a natural feature which could be a local gathering point. Could, not must.
